My project management expertise spans over a decade of international experience, where I have led the delivery of complex compliance projects, such as GDPR implementation across CEE banks. I've further honed my skills as a Transformation Consultant and Business Readiness Lead within international technology companies, and successfully managed smaller design and social projects.

UX Design
My formal UX design training in 2021 and an exploratory portfolio provided the foundation for my user-centric design approach. This also sparked my interest in expanding my knowledge of behavioral science, including design for behavior change. This same user-centered philosophy drives the design and implementation of impactful social initiatives for people empowerment, such as conflict resolution coaching and international storytelling events.

People Engagement
A people-centric approach has been a consistent thread throughout my career, leading me to support numerous initiatives aimed at empowering and developing individuals. Over the past few years, I've supported international mentoring initiatives, organized community storytelling events like 'PechaKucha Szczecin,' and led the design of the Toastmasters Conflict Resolution Guide to support international Toastmasters clubs.
